Leaves or Daffodils

I was just curious...........I was reading my recent issue of Country Living magazine this weekend and came across this quote:

"Fallen leaves lying on the grass in the November sun bring more happiness than the daffodils." - Cyril Connolly

So I was wondering...do you agree or disagree?? Not that I'm getting too deep...just which season is your favorite? I'll share mine tomorrow! Have a beautiful Monday:)

  1. I have to agree! Although I love spring, it's fall I truly wait for! Must have to be with my wonderful memories of Thanksgiving growing up. Always makes me happy!

  2. Oh that's a tough one. I LOVE the Fall. LOVE IT...always have. The colors, the weather and the promise of the holidays. But the springtime? Another wonderous time of year. The sunshine and flowers (and Daffodils are probably my favorite ones), plus the promise and feel of everything starting anew... Soo ummm probably I'd go with the Spring. Have a great day

  4. I think I would have to agree with that. Although I don't mind the daffodils, I LOVE the fall season and everything it represents. I can drive around for hours looking at changing leaves. = )

    Blessings,

  5. We didn't get to Sight and Sound. My mother was actually there with a group from church and they saw the Christmas special. They said it was outstanding!!!! I would love to go, maybe the next time a group from church goes. Enjoy your day!

  7. That is a tough decision to make! Like other commenters, I love the spring and I love fall...I'm thankful I live in an area where we can enjoy all four seasons. :)
